Today was Owen and Laney's first day ever visiting momma at work in my classroom. Grandma and Grandpa brought them in around 9:30 A.M. for fifteen minutes. My class was very excited. We had a sing-a-long. In the morning, my class had made a list of songs they thought the babies would like. Here is their list:

Then we played a game with Owen's beach ball where each kid said their name and their favorite color into my microphone. Owen even participated! He said Owen, Green. Well, momma prompted. But he was first! At the end he came in the middle of the circle with me and the class sang Happy Birthday to him. So sweet!
Later tonight when we got home I asked him which song was his favorite. He said Twinkle, twinkle. Daddy asked him what he did at momma's work and he said, "saw the kids". He is changing so much in these days, which I will post about soon.
Tomorrow is the last day of school, and tomorrow I finish my fifteenth year of teaching. Wow! 7 years (not consecutively) of Kindergarten, 5 in first grade, and 3 in second grade. Love it! We are busy planning for Laney's baptism and Owen's 2nd birthday (both on Sunday) and then summer hits with a week of playdates and packing for COSTA RICA! Gramp, here we come!
