Eleanor Roosevelt said: 'Do one thing every day that scares you'
A fellow blogger started a project last October to try and do just this-as of yesterday-I joined up.
I don't know if her project is still going, but I have committed to an entire year of this. 4/8/08 to 4/8/09.
I will probably keep my log in a real journal, but will share from time to time some of the things I've tried. To get started,
here are the first two:
