Garden!

I seem to be updating the Junebug street blog much more during these newborn halcyon days so if you're bored here jump over to Junebug Street for some fresh pix and stories! Today I spent some time out in the back garden after about a year! As Gretchen noted, it's hard to garden with a watermelon in your belly! I pruned and watered and planned and mulched a little. The baby was swinging peacefully just inside the sliding glass door screen and the temperature was an agreeable 67 degrees! A nice start to the day. And the back to work countdown begins: 12 days

Tomorrow Derek and I will celebrate our third (!) wedding anniversary and we have decided to use Jeanie's idea and make it a family birthday celebration from now on. yay!
