thrifting

new year, new look

so we had fun at target this morning as expected (that's not the thrifting part of the post.)

Then I went to the friends of the library book sale and to goodwill looking for neutral cords in my size. (oh, i've been to ann taylor, ross, the gap etc. with no luck) Here are my finds:

$112.00 (retail cost) worth of books for $13.00 (a dozen books!)
old navy stretch tan cords size 4 short (you can NEVER find the short sizes at the old navy stores) for $6.49

Total cost for fun thrifting afternoon: $19.49.
What should I do with the change?
Added bonus on thrifting (i.e.buying used items for cheap): they are non-taxable!
