Teaching all morning and having lunch at home?
Tonight is back-to-school night so it was a minimum day at school, meaning all teachers can leave once their kids are gone and return later this afternoon. How about that? In addition, bus transportation is provided to parents for back to school night if needed. :)
So, I surprised lu midday (around 1 pm) and she said hi, but really couldn't care less. I had interrupted naptime, so she disappeared into the woodwork. Even the smell of my tuna melt cooking didn't tempt her.
